Therefore, it is required to have a new, modern and effective management method.

According to a number of domestic GIS applications, the use of geographic information systems (GIS) in the planning, implementation, management of urban planning is very effective. the result. However, there are still some problems in applying GIS in urban management in our country:

+ Limited staff of the system.

+ Difficulty in updating information due to its sensitiveness.

With practical experience when participating in a series of construction planning projects (regional construction planning, urban master planning, zoning planning, detailed planning, rural residential area planning, etc.). ), Investment and design Consultancy Joint Stock Company (ACUD) has gradually recognized GIS as a useful tool in integrating database systems. with This map has been widely adopted in many developed countries. Appying GIS in the field of construction planning will help renovate and improve the efficiency of design as well as an effective tool for departments, sectors and localities in urban development management.

Therefore, on 8/16/2017, ACUD has cooperated with Delphi IMM Company - Federal Republic of Germany to hold an exchange program regarding data management for construction planning by geographic information system ( GIS).
