On 6/17/2010 the expert delegation of ACUD company conducted exsisting-conditons survey in Hien Ninh Commune, Soc Son district from which to set up planning of Hien Ninh rural residential. In the same day, experts of ACUD had a meeting with leaders of Soc Soc district and Hien Ninh commune on issuses related to the project. 

   Objectives of planning schemes are to concretize the general planning of eco-social development of Soc Son district, to build residential areas with the completed social and technical infrastructure system and to contribute promoting economic development of Hien Ninh commune in particular and Soc Son district in general.
