The master plan of Quang Ninh province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, reflects a strong shift in development thinking, particularly in sustainable development focusing on preserving and promoting heritage values. It also emphasizes maximizing the potential and unique advantages of the province. This project is a collaboration between ACUD Consult and McKinsey & Company Vietnam.
