ACUD Construction Technology Joint Stock Company Vietnam – a member of S‑Group – is part of the consulting consortium for the Ho Chi Minh City planning project, responsible for developing the information system, database, and operational management software for the HCMC Master Plan 2021–2030, with a vision to 2050.

The planning database system provides tools for detailed and visual information lookup, integrating digital maps that allow users to interact with planning layers. Users can zoom in, zoom out, or search for specific locations to view planning information directly on the map.

Additionally, the system supports real‑time updates, ensuring that all planning changes and adjustments are immediately reflected. This allows management agencies to easily edit and supplement information, always presenting the most up‑to‑date status and plans.
