Summary:

Vietnam Apatit One-Member Limited Liability Company organized an architectural design competition with the participation of numerous design consulting units both domestically and internationally to select the optimal design for the construction of the company’s headquarters in the center of Lao Cai City.

In this competition, ACUD Company won the First Prize and was chosen by the investor as the design consultant for the project.

With a modern architectural style using steel and glass materials, combined with natural features and the characteristics of the mining industry in the region, the design proposal not only successfully met the functional requirements but also satisfied the high architectural aesthetic demands set by the investor.

The design includes a 10-story building with 1 basement on a site of approximately 12,500 m². The total floor area is 20,000 m².
