The Hai Duong Provincial Master Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision towards 2050, aims to transform Hai Duong into a modern industrial province by 2030, with an economy ranked among the top 10 in the country and a leading industrial center in the Red River Delta region. By 2050, the goal is to become a centrally governed city that is civilized, modern, green, smart, and rich in the cultural identity of the Eastern region.
