Recently, in Ninh Thuan Province, ACUD Vietnam Technology Construction Joint Stock Company, a member of S-Group, participated in a working session and presented a report on proposed adjustments to the planning of several functional zones, including urban areas, tourism areas, resettlement and permanent settlement areas for the nuclear power plant project, transportation infrastructure, cemeteries, and water supply and drainage systems.

Overview of the Working Session
As one of Vietnam’s leading strategic and planning consultancy firms, ACUD Vietnam is honored to have been selected as the consulting firm responsible for preparing the Ninh Thuan Provincial Master Plan for the 2021–2030 period, with a vision to 2050.
Following the direction of the Chairman of the Ninh Thuan Provincial People’s Committee, and in response to the need to accelerate progress in order to finalize the documentation for submission to the Provincial People’s Committee for approval in May 2025, the Department of Finance worked closely with ACUD Vietnam to develop and finalize the key framework contents of the Draft Report on Adjustments to the Ninh Thuan Provincial Master Plan.

To ensure consistency, up-to-date information, and alignment with actual conditions, the Department of Finance has also arranged working sessions between the consulting firm and relevant departments and agencies based on their respective areas of responsibility. Through these sessions, sector-specific matters will be discussed, reviewed, and comprehensively incorporated into the Draft Report on Adjustments to the Provincial Master Plan.
ACUD Vietnam’s direct participation in these thematic meetings not only reinforces its central role in providing planning consultancy services but also demonstrates its commitment to accompanying Ninh Thuan Province in its long-term development strategy, particularly in major projects of significant impact, such as the planning of the Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Plant area.
