On the morning of March 5th, Vĩnh Phúc Province held a conference to announce its provincial planning for the 2021–2030 period, with a vision to 2050. ACUD Vietnam Construction Technology Joint Stock Company was honored to serve as the planning consultancy responsible for developing the Vĩnh Phúc provincial planning project for the 2021–2030 period, with a vision to 2050.
Attending and directing the conference was Comrade Trần Hồng Hà, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Prime Minister, along with leaders from ministries, sectors, and central agencies.

While presenting the decision for the approval of the Vĩnh Phúc Provincial Planning for the 2021–2030 period, with a vision to 2050, Deputy Prime Minister Trần Hồng Hà emphasized that the announcement of this plan would provide new momentum for Vĩnh Phúc to develop rapidly and sustainably.
Deputy Prime Minister Trần Hồng Hà affirmed that Vĩnh Phúc is known as a land rich in cultural traditions, the birthplace of many innovative and pioneering ideas. It serves as a gateway and bridge connecting the northern midland and mountainous provinces with the capital city of Hanoi and the Red River Delta. Strategically located along the important economic corridor of Hải Phòng – Hà Nội – Lào Cai – Kunming (China), it is home to numerous scenic spots and preserves the ancient cultural features of the Vietnamese people.
The unique geographical position and historical conditions of Vĩnh Phúc have provided the province with many favorable conditions for economic exchanges and development both domestically and internationally. Vĩnh Phúc possesses outstanding potential, advantages, and distinctive opportunities to achieve balanced and sustainable development, playing a pivotal role as one of the growth poles in the Red River Delta region.

The Deputy Prime Minister stated that the Vĩnh Phúc Provincial Planning has been developed with a groundbreaking mindset and a long-term vision. It is based on distinctive potentials, outstanding opportunities, and competitive advantages, while concretizing the directives of the Prime Minister under Decision No. 998/QĐ-TTg dated July 10, 2020, approving the task of formulating the Vĩnh Phúc Provincial Planning for the 2021–2030 period, with a vision to 2050. This plan reflects the aspirations of the people of Vĩnh Phúc for prosperity, harmonious social development, and a green, livable ecological environment.

Vĩnh Phúc is set to play a key role as one of the growth poles and a driving force for the development of a modern industrial economy in the Red River Delta region. It will serve as one of the three growth hubs of the Hanoi Capital Region. The planning will pave the way for new opportunities and development spaces for Vĩnh Phúc Province.
