On February 27, the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee Held a Conference on Personnel Affairs
The conference placed special emphasis on seeking approval for the regional planning project, marking a significant milestone in Đà Bắc District’s urban and regional development.
At the event, ACUD Vietnam Construction Technology JSC was honored to be the consulting unit responsible for developing the Regional Construction Planning Project for Đà Bắc District, Hoa Binh Province, until 2040, at a scale of 1/25,000.

In recent times, the district authorities have actively collaborated with consulting firms to implement planning efforts, laying a solid foundation for urban management, infrastructure development, and investment attraction.
As a vast highland district characterized by mountainous terrain, Đà Bắc boasts unique advantages, with 11 out of 17 communes and towns bordering the Hòa Bình Lake, creating a water ecosystem spanning thousands of hectares amid breathtaking natural landscapes. Along with its rich ethnic cultural identity, the district holds great potential for attracting investment, driving socio-economic development, and improving local livelihoods.
Therefore, the Master Plan for 2040 is regarded as a strategic solution to propel Đà Bắc District toward sustainable and modern development, while also fostering breakthroughs in economic and social growth. The plan will serve as a guiding framework to maximize the region’s inherent advantages, enhance infrastructure quality, and establish a well-structured spatial development direction.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Lâm – Deputy Director of ACUD Vietnam and Chief Planner of the project – presented the key planning components, outlining feasible solutions for balancing nature conservation and economic expansion in Đà Bắc.
After thorough review and evaluation, the leadership of Hoa Binh’s provincial departments and agencies unanimously approved the 1/25,000-scale master plan for Đà Bắc District. This milestone not only marks a significant step in Đà Bắc’s development journey but also reaffirms ACUD Vietnam’s reputation and expertise in urban and regional planning consulting.
