The planning projects carried out by ACUD Consult have been highly praised by local leaders for their innovation and quick progress.
On August 16, ACUD Consult participated in reporting on two planning consultancy projects: the master plan for the Ia Kring and Diên Hồng wards (Pleiku City, Gia Lai Province), and the detailed 1/500 scale plan for the resettlement area, land use rights auction, and land allocation in Đồng Chằm, Khu 4, Phú Hộ Commune (Phú Thọ Town, Phú Thọ Province).
During the report on the master plan for Ia Kring and Diên Hồng wards (Pleiku City, Gia Lai Province), Mr. Nguyễn Văn Lâm, Deputy Director of ACUD Consult, who led the planning project, provided a detailed report on the contents of the plan.

Accordingly, the master plan for Ia Kring and Diên Hồng wards in Pleiku City, Gia Lai Province covers a total area of 829.25 hectares, including: Ia Kring Ward: approximately 684.69 hectares; Diên Hồng Ward: approximately 144.56 hectares.
The goal is to implement the general master plan for Pleiku City until 2030, with a vision towards 2050; serving as the basis for detailed planning, identifying investment projects for construction, and providing a legal foundation for local governments and agencies to manage land use, urban construction order, and urban planning according to the approved plan and legal regulations. Additionally, it updates and coordinates with existing detailed plans, defines investment projects along the main roads and in the planned areas as approved by the competent state agencies. The plan also focuses on developing transportation connections and economic-social activities, particularly the night economy for downtown Pleiku.
The organization of space, architecture, and landscape in the area of administrative, economic, commercial, and cultural centers of the province and the Central Highlands region; improving the green spaces and landscapes in existing areas, developing areas, and newly developed areas; building infrastructure to support the development of the night economy.
The Party Secretary and Chairman of Pleiku City highly appreciated the cooperation of the consulting unit and the rapid progress in implementation. The quality of the planning project was praised for having many innovative aspects.
Also, on the morning of August 16th, at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the report on the detailed 1/500 scale plan for the resettlement area, land use rights auction, and land allocation in Đồng Chằm, khu 4, Phú Hộ Commune (Phú Thọ City, Phú Thọ Province) was presented by Mr. Trần Đăng Tứ, the head of the planning project, and Mrs. Trần Thị Hà, Head of the Project Development Department.
After hearing the consultant’s report and the opinions of the delegates at the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Phú Thọ City Party Committee agreed with the ideas presented by the consulting unit and unanimously approved the planning proposal.
