On the morning of March 13, S-Group Corporation and the Vietnam Xiangqi Federation held a meeting with the Jiangsu Xiangqi delegation from China.

The Chinese delegation included Mr. Hu Jia Tu, General Director of Jiangsu Company, Mr. Chen Minh Hong, Director of Jiangsu Greenery, and executives from various companies.

On the Vietnamese side, the meeting was attended by Mr. Nguyễn Văn Bình, President of the Vietnam Xiangqi Federation; Mr. Nguyễn Văn Phúc, Deputy Director of Vietnam Xiangqi; and Mr. Lưu Đức Hải, Vice President of the Federation and former Director of the Urban Development Department, along with Vietnamese Xiangqi players.

The meeting opened up many opportunities for cooperation between the two sides.

The S-Group delegation included Mr. Hán Minh Cường, Chairman of S-Group Corporation; Mr. Nguyễn Hoàng Hải, Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Đạt, Director of Hùng Vương Company; Ms. Trần Thu Hà, Head of Project Development; and the company’s staff.

Dr. Hán Minh Cường, Chairman of S-Group Corporation, warmly welcomed the visit of the Jiangsu Xiangqi delegation. He acknowledged the close relationship between the neighboring countries, Vietnam and China, and greatly appreciated today’s meeting. He also expressed his hopes that this gathering would open up new opportunities for collaboration between the two sides.

It is known that the Jiangsu delegation visiting and engaging with S-Group this time consists of top Chinese companies specializing in lighting technology and urban greenery. These companies have created remarkable public projects such as light exhibitions, urban infrastructure, and iconic landmarks. They have even contributed to the ecological landscapes of major projects, including urban and nuclear developments.

Representatives from these companies expressed their desire to expand into the Vietnamese market, develop their presence, and contribute their technology and expertise to Vietnam’s urban development.

As part of this meeting, exciting Xiangqi (Chinese chess) exchange matches also took place. Notably, the participation of International Grandmaster Nguyễn Thành Bảo, renowned Chinese chess master Lưu Tông Trạch, and especially Mã Chính Luân, the International Grandmaster and Xiangqi champion from Taiwan, brought thrilling matches as they faced off against top players from S-Group.
