Recently, at the Conference on the Announcement of the Provincial Planning for the 2021-2030 Period with a Vision to 2050, Vietnam Golden Land Technology And Real Estate Investment JSC – a member of S-Group – was honored to participate with a product display booth and showcase technological products, including the VR360 tour experience. Additionally, ACUD Vietnam Technology Construction JSC (ACUD Consult) was proud to serve as the consulting unit for the Ninh Thuan Provincial Planning for the 2021-2030 period with a vision to 2050.
The VR360 tour and the Investment Promotion Portal are integrated models developed by S-Group and its member units to promote investment and tourism for various partners across provinces nationwide.
At the conference, participants enthusiastically engaged with the VR360 tour using virtual reality headsets, allowing them to experience prominent projects and popular destinations in Ninh Thuan directly through the provincial Investment Promotion Portal.

On the morning of April 28, in Phan Rang – Thap Cham City, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the conference to announce the Provincial Planning for the 2021-2030 period with a vision to 2050 and the Ninh Thuan Investment Promotion Conference under the theme “Ninh Thuan – The Land of Unique Values.”
Also in attendance were members of the Party Central Committee: Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung, Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Thang, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Dang Quoc Khanh, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong (Deputy Minister of National Defense), Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hai Ninh, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang, Secretary of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Thanh; along with representatives from ministries, central and local agencies, partners, experts, associations, and domestic and international investors and enterprises.
At the conference, Ninh Thuan Province announced the key contents of the Provincial Planning for the 2021-2030 period with a vision to 2050, which had been approved by the Prime Minister. The province also provided an overview of its potentials, advantages, investment opportunities, preferential policies, and prioritized investment projects. It highlighted achievements in socio-economic development and introduced some distinctive, flagship, and OCOP-certified products of local enterprises. Additionally, decisions on investment policies, investment certificates, and cooperation agreements with investors and businesses were handed out.
