Three brands of the S-Group, including: ACUD Vietnam Construction Technology Joint Stock Company (ACUD Consult), Vietnam Golden Land Real Estate and Technology Investment Joint Stock Company, and Miracle Furniture Joint Stock Company, with outstanding products and services in the fields of technology – construction, consulting – planning, and architecture, were honored at the 2023-2024 Leading Real Estate Brands Award Ceremony, organized by the Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine (Reatimes) in collaboration with the Vietnam Real Estate Research Institute (VIRES).

2024 marks the 4th year that the Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine (Reatimes) and the Vietnam Real Estate Research Institute (VIRES) have organized the Leading Real Estate Brands Award Ceremony to recognize the efforts of real estate businesses overcoming challenges in 2023 and entering a phase of recovery in 2024.

The award ceremony will appropriately honor businesses in the real estate sector and related industries that have persevered to develop professionally, as well as recognize high-quality projects that have emerged and are expected to be bright spots in the market across various sectors.

The 2023 – 2024 Leading Real Estate Brand Recognition Ceremony is the result of the Leading Brand Voting Program, conducted by 1,000,000 readers on the Reatimes.vn platform and a direct, independent, and objective voting panel consisting of leading journalists, economists, legal experts, urban planners, architects, and real estate professionals in Vietnam.

This year’s ceremony will honor the Top 10 brands, products, and services leading the real estate market in 2023 – 2024, with categories including: Leading Real Estate Developers in Vietnam 2023, Best Real Estate Service Providers 2023, Most Promising Real Estate Enterprises 2024, Most Promising Real Estate Trading Platforms 2024, Most Promising Urban and Housing Projects 2024, and Most Promising Industrial Real Estate Projects 2024.
