Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tuong Van, along with current and former leaders of central committees, ministries, and agencies. From Ha Nam Province, the attendees included Ms. Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Truong Quoc Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; members of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Standing members of the Provincial People’s Council, leaders of the Provincial People’s Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and heads of various provincial departments, committees, and agencies; leaders of Duy Tien Town; representatives of Taseco Land Investment Joint Stock Company, as well as domestic and international partners.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Taseco Group, delivered a speech at the groundbreaking ceremony.
The Dong Van 3 Supporting Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Business Project, located on the eastern side of the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway (Taseco Dong Van 3 Industrial Park), spans 223 hectares with a total investment of over VND 2,300 billion. The project is being implemented across several wards and communes: Yen Bac, Tien Noi, Hoa Mac, Tien Ngoai, and Yen Nam in Duy Tien Town, Ha Nam Province.
After nearly 9 months since receiving the Investment Registration Certificate, the project has completed procedures related to construction, land, and environmental compliance. Notably, most of the land clearance work has been accomplished, with over 200 out of 223 hectares cleared. The Ha Nam Provincial People’s Committee has already handed over the first phase of land, covering over 128 hectares. The investor is expected to complete technical infrastructure construction and hand over nearly 100 hectares of land under Phase 1 to investors for factory construction by Q1 2025. Phases 2 and 3 are scheduled for completion and handover to investors by the end of 2025.
