During an interview with Life Plaza magazine (South Korea), Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Đạt, CEO of Hùng Vương Construction Joint Stock Company, emphasized: “Modern technology and environmentally friendly solutions are core priorities that our company focuses on when implementing projects…”

Interviewer: It is known that Hùng Vương Conins operates in the fields of industrial construction, fire prevention and fighting, and water treatment. Could you share more about the company’s activities?

Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Đạt, CEO of Hùng Vương Construction Joint Stock Company: Hùng Vương Construction Joint Stock Company (Hùng Vương Conins) was established in 2020 as a member company of S-GROUP Vietnam Corporation. We mainly operate in three areas: Industrial construction; Fire prevention and fighting; Water treatment (both supply and wastewater).

Although we are a young company, we have had the opportunity to participate in many large projects with well-known partners both domestically and internationally. Through this, the company has demonstrated its capabilities based on the quality of projects, timely progress, and high feasibility. Our customer and partner base has grown with each project, including major and reputable companies both domestically and internationally, such as: Panasonic, Toto, Samsung, Lotte, Hàn Việt Platform, Samkoo Vina, Jahwa Electronics Co., LTD, Amata, VSIP, Hoa Phat Group, BRG, TNG, Viglacera, and more.

Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Đạt, CEO of Hùng Vương Construction Joint Stock Company (Hùng Vương Conins)

Interviewer: Why did Hùng Vương Conins choose to focus on industrial construction, fire prevention and fighting, and water treatment as the foundation for development in a market where many competitors already exist and the number of companies in these fields is not small?

Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Đạt: This is a question we’ve received quite often. The period of our company’s establishment coincided with a time when the construction industry was rapidly growing, with fierce competition as the number of companies continually increased. This posed a challenge for a young company like Hùng Vương Conins, but we believe that if we can clearly identify the challenges and prepare ourselves with a specific mindset and solutions to overcome them, while also making the best use of all available conditions, the opportunity for growth will always exist.

There are three reasons why we chose a niche and challenging field:

First, with the increasing tightening of regulations, the emphasis on construction quality and fire safety, along with higher standards for clean water quality and environmental protection… these factors serve as drivers and reasons for Hùng Vương Conins to enter the market.

Second, we have a young workforce with 100% university-level qualifications, 30% holding master’s degrees, led by industry experts in construction and technology. Along with the youth, professionalism, and dynamism of our team, this provides a solid foundation for Hùng Vương to enter the construction and safety market.

Third, we are confident in the company’s basic platforms, as we leverage and optimize advanced scientific and technological applications in our projects, while also investing in machinery and equipment to ensure the best quality for our projects.

Additionally, being part of the S-Group ecosystem, Hùng Vương Conins is able to leverage the strengths of other units, applying modern technology to various stages such as design and construction.

Hùng Vương Conins has been and is currently implementing many large projects in the fields of construction, water treatment, and fire prevention and fighting (PCCC).

Interviewer: How do you evaluate the potential of the industrial construction, fire safety, and water treatment sectors in the coming years?

Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Đạt: From 2020 to 2025, the construction industry in general and the construction sector specifically are expected to see significant growth, based on three fundamental foundations. First, the government is focusing on boosting public investment, enhancing the development of synchronized infrastructure, and promoting urban development that aligns with the trend of comfortable, green, smart cities that are environmentally friendly and adaptable to climate change, aiming to improve urban quality. Second, the domestic economy is stable and developing sustainably, with an improved urbanization rate and strong growth expectations. Third, the attraction of FDI in the construction, real estate, and industrial sectors is also expected to grow due to the impact of trade agreements.

In addition, the tightening of management over fire safety projects and the increasing demand for water treatment and clean water usage… These factors present both opportunities and challenges for Hùng Vương, as we need to improve the quality of products and services while ensuring that costs are aligned with the practical context.

Interviewer: Could you share more about the new technological solutions that Hùng Vương Conins has, is, and will be implementing in the future to minimize environmental impact?

Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Đạt: Currently, the wastewater treatment and reuse capacity in some Southeast Asian countries is very low. In Vietnam, only about 10% of the total wastewater generated is treated. This situation can be explained by the high investment and operational costs involved. The key to providing an optimal solution to this issue lies in converting wastewater from a cost into a profit.

Hùng Vương Conins’ water supply and wastewater treatment machinery systems are integrated with modern technology models to ensure high-quality output water, save energy, enhance the landscape, and generate profits.

Hùng Vương Conins is collaborating and applying the Tomorrow Water Process (TWP) model from BKT Group of South Korea. This model not only ensures water quality but also saves energy, improves the landscape, and generates profits. This aligns with the United Nations’ sustainable development goals.

TWP focuses on addressing economic factors, transforming the appearance of wastewater treatment facilities, changing community awareness, and mitigating the effects of climate change. TWP is considered a sustainable management model for wastewater that is both aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective, meeting the highest water quality standards.

The modern technological characteristics and high applicability of TWP are part of the reason why Hùng Vương Conins is confident in becoming a reliable and prestigious partner for customers.

Interviewer: So, what makes Hùng Vương Conins stand out compared to other companies in the industry, making it a destination for domestic and foreign investors?

Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Đạt: As I mentioned, one advantage of Hùng Vương Conins comes from being part of the S-Group ecosystem, which includes multi-industry companies, particularly those in consulting, technology solutions, and investment.

Additionally, with a team of leading experts and professionals with rich experience in construction and environmental technology from top research institutes and universities both in Vietnam and internationally, along with professional staff and engineers, we are well-equipped.

Moreover, with our experience in collaboration with leading global corporations in water treatment, such as OSG Group from Japan, BKT Group from South Korea, and Seoul University, Hùng Vương Conins is confident in providing the most optimal and modern solutions for our customers and partners.
