On March 13, 2025, the People’s Committee of Ha Nam Province approved the 1/2000-scale zoning plan. ACUD Vietnam Construction Technology Joint Stock Company – a member of S-Group – was honored to be the consulting unit responsible for developing the zoning plan for Kim Bang IV Industrial Park.

Kim Bang IV Industrial Park is strategically located at the economic gateway of Ha Nam. With major transportation infrastructure just a few dozen meters away, the industrial park enables fast and efficient goods exchange and connectivity with neighboring provinces.

The planning study area falls within the administrative boundaries of Nhat Tan, Van Xa, and Hoang Tay communes, Kim Bang District, Ha Nam Province (now Tan Tuu Ward, Van Xa Commune, and Hoang Tay Commune, Kim Bang Town, Ha Nam Province).

Planning Area of Kim Bang IV Industrial Park

The planned area of this industrial park is approximately 295.21 hectares. Workforce scale: about 16,000 – 20,000 people (the average target is about 70 – 90 people/ha of industrial land, including workers and those using accommodation services within the industrial park).

The main functional areas in the industrial park include: service area; industrial production and warehouse area; green space; technical area; internal transportation, and parking lots.

As the consulting unit for the master plan, ACUD Vietnam contributes to the goal of concretizing the development plan for the Industrial Park of Ha Nam Province according to the Ha Nam Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, and the Kim Bang Urban Master Plan to 2030, with a vision to 2050, which have been approved.

The unit emphasizes the role of companionship and close cooperation with local authorities and residents throughout the implementation process of the master plan. With a detailed planning scale of 1/2000, the master plan will become a highlight in planning, improving the infrastructure of transportation, electricity, water, and other public utilities. Through this, it will contribute to improving the quality of life for residents, increasing investment attraction, and promoting local economic development.
