On the morning of August 9, 2024, at the People’s Committee of An Duong District, Hai Phong City, a conference was held to announce the 1/2000 scale zoning plan for the Nomura – Hai Phong Industrial Park Phase 2.

Attending the conference on behalf of the city were representatives of the Hai Phong City People’s Committee, representatives of the Hai Phong City People’s Committee Office, leaders of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority, Hai Phong City Department of Construction, as well as leaders of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district, and heads of relevant departments, agencies, and units.

The 1/2000 scale zoning plan for the Nomura – Hai Phong Industrial Park (Phase 2), approved by the Hai Phong City People’s Committee, is located within the administrative boundaries of An Hung, An Hong, and Dai Ban communes (An Duong District), covering an area of approximately 230 hectares.

This is an integrated ecological industrial park that meets the criteria for an ecological industrial park as per legal regulations. It focuses on attracting investment in advanced industries, high-tech sectors, and environmentally friendly technologies. The park is designed to be multi-sectoral, non-polluting, with modern technical infrastructure that ensures environmental protection and sustainable development.
