ACUD reported to the Standing Committee of the Biên Hòa City Party Committee on the Draft Master Plan for the city until 2045.

Recently, at the People’s Committee of Biên Hòa City, ACUD Vietnam – a member of the S-Group Corporation – acting as the planning consulting unit, presented a report to the Standing Committee of the Biên Hòa City Party Committee to seek feedback on the draft Master Plan for Biên Hòa City until 2045.

The report was attended by senior leaders from the Standing Committee of the Biên Hòa City Party Committee, Prof. Dr. Architect Trần Trọng Hanh, and representatives from various specialized departments. Representing ACUD Vietnam was Mr. Bạch Ngọc Tùng, Director of ACUD Vietnam Construction Technology JSC.

According to Decision No. 252/QD-TTg approving the Task of Adjusting the Overall Master Plan for Biên Hòa City, Đồng Nai Province until 2045, the scope of adjustment for the overall master plan of Biên Hòa City includes the entire administrative boundaries of the city, covering 30 administrative units, consisting of 29 wards and 1 commune, with an area of approximately 26,407.84 hectares.

The goal of this adjustment is to gradually shift from the “industrial city” model to the “service and industrial city” model, aiming towards the development of a smart, sustainable urban area.

The objectives include: developing Biên Hòa City into one of the key growth poles of the Southeast region and the Southern key economic region; playing an important role in the urban area of Ho Chi Minh City; leveraging strengths in regional and international connections in trade services, logistics, high-tech industries, and innovation.

Creating urban spaces with green, smart infrastructure that adapts to climate change; modern, comfortable social infrastructure to meet the needs of the city’s residents.

The goal is to develop a city with high quality of life and an attractive working environment; preserving and protecting ecological environment and cultural, historical identity; ensuring national defense and security requirements for the region and the country.
