As 2023 comes to a close, amid many economic fluctuations and challenges faced by businesses, S-Group Vietnam and its member companies have made significant efforts to grow and overcome difficulties, achieving several remarkable milestones.

- EXPANDING COLLABORATIONS AND SIGNING PARTNERSHIPS WITH ORGANIZATIONS AND COMPANIES IN THE TECHNOLOGY SECTOR
2023 marked several significant advances for S-Group in terms of collaboration and partnerships. A highlight was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between CTECH – a member company of S-Group – and the Information Center for International Cooperation and Urban Development Consulting, under the Department of Urban Development (Ministry of Construction).
This event marked a milestone in the prestige and success of CTECH and S-Group in the field of construction technology, opening up opportunities for deep collaboration in areas such as: digital transformation in the construction industry; development and management of smart cities; GIS applications; virtual reality (VR); scientific research and experiments, and more.

In addition, S-Group Vietnam has signed cooperation agreements and memorandums of understanding with numerous domestic and international companies in the technology sector, including Bespin Global, ADD Corporation from South Korea, Seoul University, and others. The group has also expanded its collaborations and connections with universities in the field of education and training, such as the University of Science – Hanoi National University and the University of Architecture.

- COMPLETION OF DATABASE SYSTEMS FOR MANY PROVINCES AND CITIES NATIONWIDE
In 2023, CTECH, a subsidiary of S-Group Vietnam, completed and handed over urban planning and construction planning database systems to many provinces and cities across the country, including Sơn La, Phú Thọ, Vĩnh Phúc, Thanh Hóa, Pleiku, Ninh Thuận, and others.
CTECH, with years of experience in the fields of research, consulting, development, and providing IT technology products for digital transformation in the construction industry, has focused on delivering comprehensive digital technology solutions for GIS-based geographic information platforms. These solutions are designed to support construction management and smart city development.

- ACCELERATING THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
As one of the three key development areas of S-Group, training and education activities have always been prioritized and invested in. In 2023, the Group launched Miwiz, the world’s first platform for exam preparation and knowledge sharing.
Miwiz serves as a self-learning, review, storage, and knowledge-sharing platform. It stands out as a pioneer in integrating modern learning techniques such as Feynman, Active Recall, Spaced Repetition, and artificial intelligence (AI) to assist in solving problems, translation, and providing features to support work and personal development, including to-do lists, a book library, and Miwiz AI.
In addition, by enhancing the application of modern technology in products and services, in 2023, the Vietnam Golden Land Technology and Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Golden Land Vietnam) – a member of S-GROUP Vietnam – launched the product: VR360 application for promoting hotels and interior works.
This is a standout product and is identified as one of the core development areas of Golden Land Vietnam. By applying VR360 along with modern technological solutions, the service provides high-efficiency brand image promotion for real estate projects, restaurant systems, hotels, and interior works.
- NATIONAL SECTOR PLANNING PROJECT CARRIED OUT BY ACUD VIETNAM APPROVED
On July 27, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Public Security held a conference to announce Decision No. 819/QD-TTg by the Prime Minister, which approves the Fire Prevention and Fighting Infrastructure Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050. ACUD Vietnam Technology Construction Joint Stock Company – a member of the S-Group – had the honor of being the consulting unit for this planning project.
The fire prevention and fighting infrastructure planning is aligned with the socio-economic development strategy, the national master planning, and sector-specific plans. Fire prevention infrastructure plays an important role and needs to be invested in synchronously and modernized step by step, contributing to economic and social development, maintaining national security and public order and safety, adapting to climate change, and ensuring sustainable development.
As the planning consultant responsible for the Fire Prevention and Fighting Infrastructure Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, ACUD Vietnam has demonstrated the professionalism and reputation of the company in the field of planning consulting and strategic development for large-scale projects and national-level initiatives.
- SEVERAL PROVINCIAL, MASTER, AND REGIONAL PLANNING PROJECTS MANAGED BY ACUD VIETNAM APPROVED AND PASSED
With 15 years of experience in planning consultancy and construction consulting, along with a highly skilled workforce and a team of experienced experts and advisors, ACUD Vietnam is honored to be trusted and chosen as the consultancy unit and joint venture partner for many provincial, master, and regional planning projects across the country.
In 2023, many planning projects carried out or co-implemented by ACUD Vietnam successfully reached their goals, were approved by the appraisal councils, and passed by the Prime Minister. These include: the Ho Chi Minh City Planning for the period 2021-2023, with a vision to 2050; the Hai Duong Province Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050; the Vinh Phuc Province Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050; the Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050; the Quang Ninh Province Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050; the Bac Kan Province Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050…; and master plans and regional plans for districts and cities, such as: the Uong Bi City Master Plan, the Bien Hoa City Master Plan, the Tam Nong District Plan, the North-Western Region Plan, the Thai Binh City Plan, the IaKring and Dien Hong Ward Plans, Pleiku City, etc.
- FOCUSING ON INVESTING IN HOTEL AND RESORT PROJECTS
In 2023, SCity Urban and Industrial Development Investment Joint Stock Company – a member of the Group – concentrated its efforts and resources on investing and developing the following projects: the Hoa Binh Lake Resort Project, the Van Ho (Son La) Resort, the Can Tho Hotel, and more.

- DEVELOPMENT IN SCALE AND QUALITY IN THE FIELD OF INTERIOR DESIGN
As one of the core sectors of S-Group, in the past year, two member companies in the interior design sector, Acudecor Interior Furniture Joint Stock Company and Kỳ Diệu Interior Furniture Joint Stock Company, have launched thousands of Kỳ Diệu interior products and completed hundreds of interior projects.
The customer and partner base of Acudecor and Kỳ Diệu Interior Furniture has expanded both geographically and across different market segments. This demonstrates the increasing reputation and quality of their products and services, which are increasingly meeting the sophisticated and diverse needs of customers.
8. ĐẨY MẠNH CÁC KHÓA ĐÀO TẠO CHUYÊN NGÀNH
Trong năm 2023, Viện Khoa học Công nghệ Xây dựng AIST – đơn vị thành viên của Tập đoàn S-Group Việt Nam – đã đẩy mạnh hơn nữa công tác giảng dạy thông qua các khóa đào tạo chuyên ngành trong lĩnh vực quy hoạch – kiến trúc.
Tiểu biểu trong đó là: Khóa học AutoCAD cơ bản ứng dụng, khóa học QGIS cơ bản định hướng ứng dụng, khóa học ARCGIS nâng cao định hướng ứng dụng,…
Bên cạnh các chuyên gia, giảng viên của Viện, sự phối hợp cùng các trường Đại học chuyên ngành với đội ngũ giảng viên nhiều kinh nghiệm đã mang đến những khóa học chất lượng,trang bị cho sinh viên những kiến thức cơ bản và chuyên môn về các phần mềm như AutoCAD, QGIS, ARCGIS… từ đó sẽ giúp học viên có thể sử dụng các phần mềm một cách thuần thục và dễ dàng.
- STRENGTHENING ESG ACTIVITIES
With a mission to contribute to the common development of society through high-quality products and services that have a wide-reaching impact, S-Group always prioritizes and sets the highest goals for the quality of its products and services. Alongside this, the company upholds core values throughout its development, including “Mind – Intelligence – Trust,” which encompasses: Professional ethics, Social ethics; Intelligence and Reputation, responsibility toward customers, partners, and society.
For this reason, over the years, the Group has allocated a dedicated fund for ESG activities with key initiatives such as: The S-Group Scholarship Fund for several universities in Hanoi; Winter volunteer programs in some highland provinces and districts; Scholarship and computer donation programs for students and teachers;… Every year, the Group’s employees also participate in activities such as blood donations, tree planting, charity fundraising, and more.

In 2023, S-Group Vietnam, along with its team of experts, participated in exhibitions and conferences on urban planning, as well as contributing papers and presentations at forums in the professional field such as: the Vietnam Sustainable Urban Development Forum; Seminars by the Urban Development Planning Association; and the High-Level Forum on Industry 4.0…
These events not only provided an opportunity for networking and collaboration between S-Group’s member companies and domestic and international partners and clients, but also highlighted the growing reputation of S-Group as its client base and partnerships continue to diversify and expand.

Hung Vuong Construction and Installation Joint Stock Company, established in 2020, is a member unit of S-Group Vietnam. - SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZING A SERIES OF EVENTS TO CELEBRATE THE 15TH ANNIVERSARY OF ACUD VIETNAM
On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the establishment of ACUD Vietnam Construction Technology Joint Stock Company, a series of celebration activities took place, including cultural and sports events. The anniversary ceremony and the 2023 year-end summary of the Group were held in a joyful and emotional atmosphere, with the participation of partners, experts both from within and outside the country, who have been with S-Group throughout its long development journey, as well as employees who have been with the company since its early days.
