The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between S-Group Vietnam, ADD Korea, and Seoul University marks a deepening collaboration between Vietnamese and Korean businesses in the fields of construction, technology, and especially smart cities.

On August 8, 2023, in Hanoi, S-Group Vietnam Corporation, ADD Korea, and Seoul University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for cooperation.

Under the terms of the MOU, S-Group Vietnam and ADD Korea will strengthen their cooperation and research solutions for the renovation and redevelopment of old apartment buildings in Vietnam.

Additionally, S-Group, ADD Korea, and Seoul University will collaborate on researching issues related to smart cities, including management solutions, investment, construction works, and technologies for managing and developing smart urban areas.

Mr. Hán Minh Cường, Chairman of the Board of S-Group Vietnam, shared: “The signing of the MOU will serve as a foundation for S-Group, ADD Korea, and Seoul University to continue promoting cooperation activities, establishing a channel for in-depth information exchange, seeking opportunities, and supporting each other in research, investment, and the development of products and services, while maximizing the strengths of each organization in the construction and information technology sectors.”

Mr. Cường emphasized that 2023 marks the 15th anniversary of S-Group Vietnam‘s establishment, a year of continuous growth and advancement. The goal is to further the group’s ecosystem, improve the quality of products and services, and increase international cooperation in software technology supply and strategic consulting activities. This MOU signing event will serve as a catalyst to help S-Group achieve its set goals and also provide an opportunity for ADD Korea to engage more deeply in Vietnam’s real estate market.
