The project for the construction and development of infrastructure at Song Khoai Industrial Park, with ACUD Consult as the consulting unit, has been approved for detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500. This is the first industrial park infrastructure development project implemented by Amata Group (Thailand) in Quang Ninh Province, with ACUD Consult serving as the planning consulting unit.

Accordingly, on October 12, 2023, the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province signed the decision approving the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 for the Song Khoai Industrial Park infrastructure construction and business project in Quang Yen Town, Quang Ninh Province.

The Song Khoai Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister for investment policy in Decision No. 352/QD-TTg on March 29, 2018, covering a planned area of 714 hectares, located within the administrative boundaries of Quang Yen Town.

The project investor is AMATA City Halong Joint Stock Company (part of the Amata Group), with a total registered investment capital of over VND 3,500 billion (approximately USD 155 million), carried out in five phases (Phase 1: 123 ha; Phase 2: 120 ha; Phase 3: 299 ha; Phase 4: 92 ha; Phase 5: 55 ha). The entire project is expected to be completed by 2026.

In addition to the Song Khoai Industrial Park project, ACUD Consult has been and is serving as the planning consultant for large industrial park projects in various provinces across the country, such as Vinh Thanh Industrial Park (Can Tho City), Quang Tri Industrial Park (Quang Tri Province), and others.
