On January 3, 2025, the Hanoi People’s Committee officially approved the detailed planning project for the renovation and upgrading of the residential area in planning zone I.1.2, Dai Thinh Commune, at a scale of 1/500. This is an important step in implementing the strategy for a harmonious development between rural and urban areas in Me Linh District. ACUD Vietnam Technology Construction Joint Stock Company – a member of S-Group – is honored to be the consulting unit for the planning project.
