On January 26, 2024, the “SGROUP – Spring Dragon Soars” golf tournament will take place at Tam Dao Golf Course, bringing together golfers from S-Group Vietnam and entrepreneurs, partners from various industries.
The tournament, organized by the S-Group Golf Club – a member of the Hanoi Golf Association, aims to create a sports platform for socializing and networking among members and partners of the S-Group Golf Club, fostering opportunities for cooperation and development.
The event also aims to encourage businesses and golfers participating in the tournament to join hands in raising funds for cancer patients undergoing treatment at Tan Trieu Cancer Hospital and breast cancer patients in the Women’s Resilient Clubs Network. This is an opportunity for entrepreneurs to demonstrate their sense of responsibility towards the community and spread positive values to those facing hardships and challenges as the Lunar New Year approaches.
The golfers will compete in an 18-hole stroke play format, with scores calculated using NET HDC and the daily Handicap (System 36). The Organizing Committee will finalize the handicaps based on the VGA system as of January 24, 2024, converting them to Tam Dao Course handicaps, which will serve as the basis for scoring and awarding prizes.
The prize structure includes: Best Gross, first, second, and third prizes for each division; Technical prizes; Prizes for the “Magic Circle” at four par-3 holes; prizes for style, potential, and dedication golfers; Hole-in-One prizes; and Eagle prizes.
The sponsorship contributions received will be directed to the tournament’s charity fund and donated to cancer patients undergoing treatment at Tan Trieu Cancer Hospital and breast cancer patients in the Women’s Resilient Clubs Network after the tournament concludes.
