The Architectural Management Regulations of Uong Bi City (Quang Ninh Province), developed by ACUD Vietnam Construction Technology JSC – a member company of S-Group Corporation, have been approved by the Standing Committee and the Permanent Committee of the City Party Committee.

On April 2, 2024, at the Uong Bi City People’s Committee, ACUD held a meeting to present the adjustment plan for the 1/2000 scale zoning map of the northern central urban area of the city (sub-zone H) in the wards of Thanh Son, Yen Thanh, Quang Trung, and Bac Son.

Attendees of the meeting included: the Vice Chairman of the Uong Bi City People’s Committee, heads of departments including the Office of the People’s Council & People’s Committee; Urban Management; Natural Resources and Environment; and Party Secretaries and Chairmen of the People’s Councils of the wards: Thanh Son, Yen Thanh, Quang Trung, and Bac Son.

During the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Lam – Deputy Director of ACUD Vietnam – presented the report on the Architectural Management Regulations of Uong Bi City, Quang Ninh Province.

In conclusion, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee approved the plan. The plan is expected to enhance state management in protecting architectural works and urban landscapes of Uong Bi City, while also creating high-quality architectural spaces and landscapes, from the overall framework down to the details in the development process.
