The Duong Gia Place complex is a project into which ACUDECOR’s team of architects has poured significant dedication. It is designed to serve multiple purposes, including a restaurant, wedding banquet center, gym area, and swimming pool.

Inspired by the actual needs of the Duong Gia Palace service complex, which spans over 7.00 hectares, the design team chose modern neoclassical style as the main theme. The design approach is youthful and somewhat unconventional, reflecting personality and uniqueness. This creates impressive spaces that optimize functionality for each area, from the restaurant to the wedding banquet center, swimming pool area, and gym area.

After one year of construction, Top 1 Uông Bí Restaurant has been completed, opening up a new space for entertainment and services, becoming a new focal point of Uông Bí City.
