On August 1, 2024, in Binh Minh Town, ACUD Vietnam Technology Construction Joint Stock Company – a member of S-Group Vietnam – held a meeting to present the adjustment of the general master plan for Binh Minh Town until 2045.

Attending the meeting on behalf of the Binh Minh Town People’s Committee were: the Standing Committee of the Binh Minh Town Party, the Standing Committee of the Binh Minh Town People’s Council, leaders of the Binh Minh Town People’s Committee, and representatives of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Binh Minh Town.

Representing ACUD Vietnam Consulting Unit were: Strategic Expert Vu Quang Cac, Mr. Nguyen Van Lam – Project Director, along with the technical staff working on the project.

The zoning plan for the development orientation of Binh Minh Town’s space until 2025, with a vision for 2035, aims to establish the town as a core urban area in the southern region of Vinh Long Province, connecting with the center of Can Tho City. It will become an economic trade hub and a transportation nexus for the Mekong Delta region. The plan also focuses on promoting urbanization, sustainable economic development, and the creation of a harmonious urban environment that aligns with the natural landscape. It seeks to preserve the town’s unique riverine identity while improving the quality of life for its residents.
