Recently, ACUD Vietnam Technology Construction Joint Stock Company – a member of S-Group Corporation – presented a report to the People’s Council of Da Bac District regarding the master plan for the construction of Da Bac District, Hoa Binh Province, until 2040, at a scale of 1/25,000.

Attending the report session from the Da Bac District People’s Committee were: Mr. Bui Duc Hau – Member of the Standing Committee of Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Da Bac District Party Committee; Mr. Hoang Van Dam – Permanent Deputy Secretary of Da Bac District Party Committee; and Mr. Luong Van Thi – Deputy Secretary of Da Bac District Party Committee, Chairman of Da Bac District People’s Committee.

Representing ACUD Vietnam was Dr. Luong Tien Dung – Project Director, alongside technical staff responsible for the project.

With its strength in planning consultancy, many projects undertaken by ACUD Vietnam, ranging from national sector-level plans to regional, provincial, and master plans, as well as detailed zoning plans in cities and provinces across the country, have been approved and successfully implemented.

In March, ACUD Vietnam was proudly honored in the prestigious category: Top 10 Best Real Estate Service Providers of 2023 in the Leading Brand Voting Program organized by the Vietnam Institute of Real Estate Research (VIRES) in collaboration with Reatimes.
